About the program
Metal Toad grows local talent through robust internships with our Software Development, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management teams. Our internship model has a "catch and release" approach that averages 12 weeks in length. We provide career support and coaching to help our interns find full-time employment in the community at the conclusion of their internship.
Our Software Development Interns should be either working towards a Computer Science degree or have graduated from a comprehensive code school. Former interns joined us from OSU, U of O, PSU, UP, Epicodus, Code Fellows PDX, Treehouse, and Thinkful.
Additionally, Metal Toad has two Account Coordinator positions (full-time employees) that are designed as an entry-point into our company with internal career path opportunities.
